How can you protect yourself from the virus?
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness – Wash your hands regularly with soap and water. Sanitize them with an alcohol-based sanitizer.
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth – Avoid touching the ‘T-zone’ of your face.
Maintain at least 3 feet distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Cover your mouth and nose – Use a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately.  You can also sneeze or cough with your bent elbow to cover any droplets spreading to others.
Stay home if you are unwell. If you have slight fever, cough or difficulty breathing, seek medical attention immediately.
